Participant Eligibility, Expectations,
and Principles of Civility

Please read the following documents before submitting your application to determine if you are eligible for the workshop and to familiarize yourself with the expectations for participants in St. Louis Blues and other NEH-funded professional development opportunities.

All participants will receive a $1,300 stipend to pay for travel, lodging, food, and other expenses.
